Joseph David Anderson was a kind hearted soul. He loved having fun, sharing life experiences with others, playing games, beings silly with an enjoyable sense of humor, as can be seen in some of the above photos, like the ones where he would playfully position his paper robot through the house!

Joseph loved nature and enjoyed hiking, zip-lining & Segway tours. He appreciated the reflective and contemplative opportunities found in arboretums and parks. Joseph enjoyed gardening with his mom, most especially, the raspberry bushes, summer vegetable plants, and his favorite flowers, marigolds. Joseph also loved animals and grew up with pets. As he grew he expressed his love by teaching one of his dogs tricks such as, “give paw….give other paw”, “sing”, “hug”, “sit pretty” and “stay”. 

Joseph liked building, designing, and inventing. He was an avid video gamer who built his own gaming computer, programmed his own games, and excelled in multiplayer Mario Kart challenges when at Cuyahoga Falls Schools. Joseph also collected and loved to solve many variations of Rubik’s and puzzle cubes, and spent countless hours with his vast Lego collection. Other interests include Dragon Ball Z and Pokemon. He had a tender heart and a love for animals and nature.

Joseph will be Forever missed by his family. His sudden passing has been beyond difficult. Losing a child, particularly an Only child leaves a family feeling as if their time together was only a dream and their child will become a distant memory, quickly forgotten with the passing of time. This charity was created in attempt to keep Joseph’s name, memory, and spirit alive in his physical absence. To support organizations he enjoyed and that helped enrich his life.
